RETURN POLICY

All products purchased on the Greenland webshop may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk. In case you want to return a product, we kindly ask you to send us a mail including your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number. You will have to pay the postal costs yourself. Do so within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that are opened, used or damaged.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to Greenland stores in your local area and vice versa.

HOW TO RETURN

Returning your products with us is easy. Please follow these 2 steps:
Send us a mail including your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number. It is important that you state the reason for returning an item to us.
Pack your products. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging when possible. Make sure the parcel is safely sealed. Send the package to:

We will contact you as soon as we have received your parcel.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw from your order as per our instructions, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the postal costs. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. We will refund within 5 working days after we have received your parcel. Your refund will be paid back to the same card/account that was used to place the order.
You will also be refunded the shipping cost in full if the entire order is returned. Partial returns will not have the shipping costs refunded .

 

EXCHANGE

We currently do not have an exchange service. If you would like another product or fragrance, please place a new order.
